Meet Karen
Karen is a coach, mentor and former senior facilities leader who is passionate about supporting people in their careers and lives to increase their resiliency, derive and feel their lives are brighter and lighter through their coaching experience.
She has a Master's in Leadership & Training, PCC Certification from the International Coaching Federation and numerous other academic achievements.
Karen’s responsibility to those she is coaching is to:
- Discover, clarify, and align with what they want to achieve
- Encourage self-discovery
- Elicit generated solutions and strategies
- Hold the coachee responsible and accountable to themselves
